Make sure to clip those ends!

If you are anything like any woman goin against the grain and taking the relaxer out of your life you tend to cling to your hair as it is growing back. However when your ends are split that is as good as dead hair. The strand continues to split all the way down to the root until it falls out. And when you go to flat iron it the ends look like this. this is the way my BFF would clip my ends when i flat iron it the frayed ends are what she cuts at.
